  • Services cancelled after the refund period
  • Refunds requested due to change of mind (unless within the refund period)
  • Third-party fees or charges (e.g., payment processing fees)

7. Partial Refunds

  • The extent of service usage
  • The time remaining in your subscription period
  • Any applicable terms of your specific plan

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, we may suspend or terminate your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us directly first to resolve any issues, as this is typically faster and more efficient for all parties.

9. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining unused portion of your subscription unless otherwise specified.

10. Payment Processor Policies

Refunds are processed through our payment processor (Razorpay). The refund will be subject to their terms and conditions. Any fees charged by the payment processor may be deducted from the refund amount.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
