Terms of use
The practical rules for publishing public spreadsheet content through Sheet2Notice.
Last updated: 2 August 2026
Using Sheet2Notice
You may use Sheet2Notice to display content from a Google Sheet you are authorised to publish. You are responsible for the source sheet, the content in it and any screen or website where you open or embed the display.
The service is provided during early access and may change as it develops.
Public content only
Source sheets must be published to the web. You must not use Sheet2Notice for confidential information, personal data, patient records, financial details, credentials, access codes or content whose publication would violate another person's rights. Suitable uses include queue tokens, public lobby metrics and other information already meant for a wall screen.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to distribute unlawful, deceptive, abusive or malicious content; interfere with the service; probe for vulnerabilities; evade reasonable limits; impersonate another person; or publish content you do not have the right to use.
We may suspend or remove displays that create security, legal or operational risk.
Availability and changes
Sheet2Notice is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, permanent storage or a particular update time. Sheet changes usually appear within about 15 seconds, but network, Google Sheets or service conditions may delay them.
Features, limits, branding and pricing may change. If paid services are introduced, their specific terms will be shown before purchase.
Your content and third-party services
You retain responsibility for your content. You permit Sheet2Notice to fetch, process and display the published rows needed to provide the display.
Google Sheets and the platforms on which you open or embed displays are separate third-party services with their own terms and availability.
