For gyms and clubs

Put today’s class schedule on the floor TV from Google Sheets

Show class name, time, coach and studio on a boutique gym or club wall screen. Ops edit a published sheet; every floor TV follows. Public schedule data only — leaderboards are on the roadmap.

In one sentence

Sheet2Notice Schedule Board (Gym Class Schedule preset) turns a published Google Sheet into a live class board. Typical columns are Station / Room, Class / Workout, Coach, Time and Status. Notice Board still covers holiday hours and one-off facility notices.

01

Information members check from across the room

Class moves, cancellations and coach swaps go stale on printed posters. A sheet-powered TV stays current without a bookings CMS.

  • Boutique fitness and gym class schedule display
  • Studio / station and coach at a glance
  • Cancelled or moved classes via Status + Notes
  • Holiday hours and facility notices (Notice Board)
02

Gym Class Schedule preset

Same Schedule Board engine as flight dispatch — rename headers to Class, Coach and Station. Hide completed keeps the board live-only during the day. Open TV Mode on the floor screen.

03

Not a booking or member system

Sheet2Notice publishes public wall information. It does not take payments, reserve places or store memberships. Never put member emails, medical notes or payment data in a published sheet.
