The notice board sheet format
Row 1 contains the headers. Each later row becomes one notice, slide or clip. For notices use Title (or Caption). For Promo Slides, Image is enough — Caption and Seconds are optional. For Video Playlist, use Video with a direct .mp4 / .webm URL. Description, Date, Link, Priority, Active, Show From and Show Until are optional. Blank rows are ignored.

What people ask before starting
How quickly do notice board changes appear?
Changes usually appear within about 15 seconds after the published Google Sheet updates. TV Mode also shows a live “Updated Xs ago” sheet sync age.
Can I open the notice board in TV Mode?
Yes. After you generate a display, open the Display link or the dedicated TV Mode URL for fullscreen, large typography and auto-refresh.
Can I change the Notice Board layout?
Yes. Choose Notice Board, Notice Ticker, Board + Ticker, Poster Wall, Promo Slides or Video Playlist in the builder — or switch layout in TV Mode gear.
Can I show a simple image slideshow?
Yes. Choose Promo Slides. Put public https Image URLs in the sheet, optional Seconds and Caption, then open TV Mode. Direct file URLs only — not YouTube or Google Drive share pages.
Can I play a video playlist from the sheet?
Yes. Choose Video Playlist. Put public https .mp4 or .webm file URLs in the Video column. Clips play muted and advance when they finish (or after optional Seconds). YouTube pages are not supported.
Can I show images or videos from the sheet?
Yes. Add a Media, Image or Video column with a public https image URL or a direct .mp4 / .webm file URL. Poster Wall makes media the hero; Promo Slides rotates images; Video Playlist plays clips in sequence. YouTube watch pages are not supported.
Can notices expire automatically?
Yes. Use Active No to hide a row, or Show From / Show Until with a date or datetime. Date-only Show Until lasts through that day.
Can I mark a notice as important?
Yes. Add the optional Priority column and use Important, High, Yes or 1.
