Do not publish patient data

Sheets used by Sheet2Notice must be published to the web. Never put names, appointment details, health information or any confidential data in them. Tokens and counter numbers are enough for the waiting room. A Clinic Staff Board preset exists for room / staff-initial slots only — still never PHI.

One queue tab can power several screens with URL filters such as ?status=serving for a single counter TV, or highlight=true for priority tokens.

Add the display in 3 steps

  1. 01

    Create a Queue tab

    Headers: Token (or Ticket), Counter, Status. Optional Estimated Wait, Highlight, Service. Public tokens only.

  2. 02

    Publish and generate Queue Display

    File → Share → Publish to web, paste the tab URL, pick Queue Display (or Split / Counter Screen), generate.

  3. 03

    Open TV Mode in the waiting room

    Paste the /tv link on the wall browser. Optionally enable Queue chime once on that TV.

What people ask before starting

Can Sheet2Notice store patient information?

No. It accepts published public sheets and must never be used for patient, health or confidential information.

How do we show who is being served?

Use Queue Display with Token, Counter and Status columns. Set Status to Serving for the current ticket and open TV Mode on the wall screen.

Is this a full clinic queue management system?

No. It does not issue tokens or replace EMR workflows. It is a wall display for tokens you already track in a sheet — a lighter path than a full QMS when the pain is only the waiting-room TV.

Can staff see a room schedule without patient names?

Yes — Clinic Staff Board (Schedule Board preset) for staff-room TVs with room and staff initials only. Waiting-room now-serving stays on Queue Display.

Can we also publish holiday hours?

Yes. Use a separate Notice Board tab for dated public notices — Media posters, Board + Ticker or Poster Wall if you want visuals. Still never patient data.
