The queue sheet format

Row 1 holds the headers. Token, Counter and Status are required. Estimated Wait, Highlight and Service are optional. Ticket still works as an alias for Token.

Add the display in 3 steps

    Publish a Queue tab

    Add the Token, Counter and Status headers, paste sample rows, then File → Share → Publish to web.

  2. 02

    Generate a Queue Display

    Paste the tab URL in the builder, keep Queue Display selected, and generate.

  3. 03

    Open TV Mode on the wall

    Use the display link or /tv URL on a Smart TV, Fire TV, Android TV or browser kiosk.

What people ask before starting

Which Status values work?

Serving, Waiting, Called and Done (plus common aliases like Pending → Waiting). Unknown values are treated as Waiting.

Can I show only serving tickets?

Yes. Choose the Counter Screen template, set Layout to Serving only, or append ?status=serving to the display URL.

Is the Google Sheet private?

No. Sheet2Notice only reads sheets published to the web. Use it for queue tokens and public lobby data — never for patient names, IDs or confidential records.

How fast do updates appear?

Usually within about 15 seconds after the published sheet changes.
