For schools

Keep school displays and notices current without waiting for the web team

Publish closures, term notices and admissions dates from a Google Sheet to corridor TVs, reception screens and the school website. Public information only.

In one sentence

Sheet2Notice gives school office teams a live display layer for frequently changing notices. Staff update a published Google Sheet; TVs and websites follow.

01

What schools can publish

Use Notice Board rows for dated information. Open displays in TV Mode on campus screens. Metric Cards can show simple campus stats if the data is public.

  • Emergency closures
  • Term and holiday notices
  • Admissions deadlines
  • Corridor and reception TVs
02

A safer editing boundary

Office staff change only the sheet, not menus, templates or AV software. The display link stays in place while the content changes.

03

Share even without a website edit

Every generated display has a public link and TV Mode URL suitable for email, parent groups, QR codes or corridor screens. Public display links are intentionally excluded from search indexing.

Questions, answered

What people ask before starting

Can office staff update the school screens?

They update the published Google Sheet; the Notice Board or other display follows within about 15 seconds.

Can we publish an emergency closure on a TV?

Yes. Add a priority notice row and open the display in TV Mode so the notice board is fullscreen and readable from a distance.

Does Sheet2Notice replace the school website?

No. It adds live display and frequently changing notice sections — including on TVs — while keeping the existing website.

Make the next update in the sheet.
